Return & Refund Policy

Elder Elite promises to provide our best efforts to ensure that all your Orders are correctly fulfilled.

1. This Return & Refund Policy is only applicable to Elder Elite online store www.elderelite.com.my.

2. Should there be any discrepancy of Products delivered and the Customer wishes for return and refund, please notify Customer Service by phone at +60 10-866 0453 (Monday – Friday,  Business Hours 9am – 5pm, excluding public holidays) or email [email protected] within seven (7) days upon receiving the Products. The Customer is advised to wait for our instruction for the next course of action.

3. This Return & Refund Policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable, non-returnable or non-refundable.

4. Return(s) and refund(s) are allowed with the same product that has equal value or lower value. Exchange product(s) that value less than the return value, there will be no refund for the difference of price. 

5. Return(s) of Products or refund can be arranged under the following reasons:

6.Products shall be returned to Elder Elite in its unused, original condition, quantity and packaging as received. with proof of order, payment and delivery of the Products. Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

7.Pursuant to Item No. 3, 4, 5, 6, Customer Service MUST be contacted before returning affected Products. No replacement of Products will be entertained otherwise. All replacements of Products shall be subjected to stock availability. In the case of stock unavailability, the Customer will be refunded.

8.The Customer is required to send back the affected Product(s) to us via a reliable courier service company to our head office at the following address:-

9. The Customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the Product to be returned until it reaches us at ELDERELITE SDN BHD Head Office. Elder Elite will not be liable for any loss or damage to the Product prior to the Product is received by us. Customers are advised to pack the Product safely to prevent any loss or damage to the Product or its box or its original packaging.

10. The return of a Product by a Customer does not automatically warrant for a refund. Elderelite.com.my will inspect the returned Products upon receipt. If the conditions in Item No. 3, 4, 5, 6 of this Return & Refund Policy have been fulfilled, refund will be made to the Customer and we will reimburse the Customer of its courier charges for returning of the Products to us provided always that the courier payment slip is furnished to us upon seeking refund.

11. All refunds will be made within 1 month, depending on the appointed bank refund policy in which your receipt of the refund will depend on the period of time your financial institution takes to finalise the refund.

12. Elder Elite shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in your financial institution processing the said refund. 

13. The Management of ELDERELITE SDN BHD reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without any prior notice.
